Vice-organizing Chairperson

As the Vice Organizing Chairperson,

I played a critical role in supporting the Organizing Chairperson to coordinate the efforts of our team. My responsibilities included managing departments such as Program Master, Game Master, Logistics, Hall Master, and more. Working closely with a team of 50+ individuals, we successfully organized our first off-campus camp, which was a significant achievement.

Publicity

As a publicity member, I contributed to the creation of promotional materials such as posters, softboards, and venue layouts. This role allowed me to develop basic skills in Photoshop and design, which I have since leveraged to enhance my professional capabilities.

I held the role of Publicity and Hall Master for the event, overseeing multiple responsibilities including event decoration, designing PowerPoint presentations, and curating innovative souvenir ideas.With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences, I successfully orchestrated various aspects of the event, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing execution.

In the logistics department,

I played an instrumental role in arranging schedules and ensuring the safety of 90+ participants for a successful event. My attention to detail and focus helped to maintain smooth operations and migitated any potential issues

I served as the Public Relations Officer (PRO) Leader, responsible for overseeing the coordination of our team's work. In this role, I actively contributed to the development of registration forms, email communications, and handling student inquiries. Despite working in a high-pressure environment, my team and I successfully achieved our target number of participants, while maintaining a high level of quality in our work.

Being elected as the photographer for my high school year book gave me the oppurtunity to develop my photography skills and ability to coordinate with members from different classes.

An online detective game with mind bending games and stories to uncover.

I was hornered to be the lead Program Master of this event as it polished my leadership skills and allowed me to sort out priorities to ensure sound decision making in high pressure environments.

As a valued member of the event management team, I play an integral role in coordinating and executing seamless event. My responsibilities include strategic planning, theme ideation, and game development.
